How to use it
Print it: print at home or at a print shop at 100% (actual size) and write by hand. Print only the pages you need, as often as you like, and keep them in any binder.

They work best in a full PDF viewer on a computer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader, or the viewer built into Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Some phone and tablet apps do not support links or fillable fields. Printing works everywhere.
